As part of our ongoing efforts to minimize waste and wastewater and reduce pollutant emissions, we are focusing on developing a process for treating aqueous distillates to separately recover and reuse water and raw materials for industrial chemical production. This project is being worked on at the site of Zschimmer & Schwarz Mohsdorf in Burgstädt (Germany/Saxony).In this way, we are contributing to the circular economy with the aim of reducing our wastewater volume by at least 20% by 2030 compared to the current level and protecting the natural resource of water.
