The Country Skills Profile Report for Bulgaria, part of the Next Tourism Generation (NTG) initiative, published in May 2019, provides an in-depth analysis of the tourism and skills landscape in the country. Based on surveys given to HR managers, decision-makers, and tourism professionals, the study looks at the talent gap that exists in the industry now and in the future. In order to improve training, make decisions more informed, and guarantee that Bulgaria's tourism industry is future-proof, it encompasses digital, green, and sociocultural capabilities.
