The “Training Toolkit: Sustainable Tourism in Protected Areas” was developed by the EUROPARC Federation as part of the Erasmus+ project “Sustainable Tourism: Training for Tomorrow” in June 2021. This toolkit offers comprehensive guidance on promoting sustainable tourism practices in protected areas globally. It is an essential resource, providing practical tools and strategies to ensure that tourism activities do not harm the environment, thereby preserving natural habitats and biodiversity. By equipping trainers with the necessary knowledge and resources, it fosters responsible tourism that benefits both local communities and the environment.
