Professor Marco Bertini of the University of Florence and head of MICC in Italy conducted a study in December 2022 as part of the ReInHerit Project initiative. The study focused on the transformative effects of artificial intelligence (AI) and computer vision on the distribution of cultural property. In his talk, he emphasised how the ReInHerit toolbox can be used to employ these technologies to enhance museum visits, showing how they can be used to increase accessibility and engagement in cultural institutions around the world.
