The INSITES EU project that focuses on digital and immersive tourism upskilling, offers a digital and immersive tourism training pack to enhance cultural heritage tourism in Europe. The third module covers the key elements of immersive tourism experiences, both technological and creative, with tools and exercises to guide participants in creating their own experiences. The outcomes are useful for small tourism businesses, heritage groups, site custodians, museum professionals, and tourism students. The resources are freely available for download in PowerPoint format for flexibility.
