The INSITES EU project focuses on digital and immersive tourism upskilling. It offers a progressive training pack for cultural heritage tourism, emphasizing the potential of digital technology to enhance cultural heritage experiences in Europe. The first module introduces digital heritage, covering changes in cultural heritage audiences, and key areas for digitization. The resource is freely available for download in PowerPoint format, providing flexibility for small tourism businesses, heritage community groups, custodians of heritage sites, cultural professionals, and tourism students.
