The INSITES EU project focuses on digital and immersive tourism upskilling. It offers a progressive training pack for cultural heritage tourism, exploring the potential of digital technology to enhance cultural heritage experiences in Europe. The second module addresses barriers to digitization faced by cultural heritage organizations, providing analysis and potential solutions. The learning outcomes are relevant for small tourism businesses, heritage community groups, custodians of heritage sites, cultural professionals, and tourism students. The learning resource is freely available for download in PowerPoint format, ensuring flexibility.
