The European Commission provides guidelines for calculating unit costs for eligible travel expenses under EU-funded projects. The unit costs are determined based on the distance between the departure and arrival locations, using specific calculators for air, rail, and combined journeys. The guidelines include detailed tables with cost amounts per distance band, applicable to different project timelines and conditions.
