The “Restaurant Management” course, part of the eTourism project, is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed to efficiently manage restaurant operations. The course blends theoretical lessons with practical case studies, covering key topics such as cost control, employee management, and service quality improvement. It is available in a single document format and has a total duration of approximately 5 hours (300 minutes). The course is offered for free.
