The Law No. 159/1999 Sb., published by the Czech Republic's Parliament on June 30, 1999, regulates certain conditions for business activities in the tourism sector, including the offering, sale, and mediation of travel services. The law also outlines customer protection measures in case of travel agency insolvency and defines the responsibilities of state administration in tourism.
