The final training programs for up-skilling and re-skilling equip Social Economy Organisation (SEO) managers, employees, and service providers with essential green and digital competencies for a just transition. Developed under the European Skills Agenda and Innovation Agenda, these programs address the specificities of the social economy business model, enhancing workforce skills to adapt to sustainable and digital transformations.  

Drawing on frameworks like DigComp and EntreComp, these tailored courses ensure participants acquire practical and impactful knowledge for improving SEOs’ resilience and innovation capacity. Designed for SEO stakeholders, the programs directly support proximity and social economy goals by advancing skills for sustainable and digital transformation.
