The Government of Portugal is investing in the country's qualification and sustainable development through the Growing with Tourism Support Programme, allocating a total of EUR 30 million in funding. Public organisations, private non-profit groups, and micro, small, or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to submit their projects aimed at enhancing the tourism competitiveness of regions, advancing intelligent urban and regional management, and developing social innovation initiatives.
