The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications in Estonia, a national body responsible for shaping and implementing policies related to entrepreneurship, innovation, tourism, foreign trade, and consumer protection, has pledged to engage in the development and implementation of unified principles for short-term rentals (STR). The aim is to synchronise and harmonise STR regulations across the EU.
