Effective 29 April 2024, Regulation (EU) 2024/1028 sets new standards for data collection and sharing on short-term rentals within the EU. The goal is to enhance transparency, provide reliable information for public authorities, improve housing market regulation, and protect consumers from fraudulent offers.
