Effective 29 April 2024, Regulation (EU) 2024/1028 sets new standards for data collection and sharing on short-term rentals within the EU. The goal is to enhance transparency, provide reliable information for public authorities, improve housing market regulation, and protect consumers from fraudulent offers.
To explore this regulation in detail and ensure compliance with the new rules, follow the attached link on the left-hand side of the platform. Make sure to complete the necessary adjustments before the regulation takes effect on 20 May 2026.
