Starting 2nd April, EU nationals will need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to travel to the UK. The Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs states that this requirement will apply globally to visitors who do not need a visa for short stays or who do not already have UK immigration status. The ETA, costing GBP 10, can be obtained via the UK ETA app or the GOV.UK website.
For more details on this new requirement, please follow the attached link.
