The SUM 2025 (Sustainable Urban Mobility 2025) symposium is now inviting submissions for its call for papers. Organised by the International Waste Working Group (IWWG), the event will focus on shaping the future of urban mobility through sustainable practices and innovative solutions.
This is an opportunity for researchers, academics, and practitioners to present papers addressing key topics related to urban mobility.

Submissions are encouraged on the following themes: circular economy, urban mobility, micro-mobility, smart cities and smart mobility, 15-minute cities, sustainable transport policies, mobility as a service (MaaS), and socially inclusive mobility.

The call for papers is open until 10 March 2025. Submissions are accepted in English and Italian. Authors of selected papers will have the opportunity to present their work at the SUM 2025 symposium, which will take place from 21-23 May 2025 on the island of Procida, Naples, Italy. The event will bring together industry experts and thought leaders to explore and discuss innovative solutions for the future of sustainable urban transport.

To participate, authors must submit their abstracts and full papers through the official SUM 2025 website, following the provided guidelines.
