Within Humana LT there are 95 managerial roles, with 95% of those roles currently being occupied by female workers. In administration, 86% of senior roles are filled by women, which is 6% of an increase within two years. Across the shop network, 100% of senior positions are filled by women, with 68% of these women having progressed into these roles from the beginning of their careers with Humana LT. Finally, in their sorting centre 81% of senior positions are occupied by women with many of these women having started as trainees in the business. Humana LT aimed to retain at least 80% of women in managerial roles in two years and we reached 86%. Humana LT aimed to have 70% of women in senior administration roles and this number is now 86 %.
