Adoption of a collaborative and inclusive governance model, where Tourism is seen as an agent of sustainable development, having several public, private and NGO development projects in the identification of solutions for sustainable development in the pillars, social, cultural and environmental and that results in an Action Plan for Sustainability of the destination that is reviewed, monitored and updated annually. Measurable target: achieve Gold certification by EarthCheck, under GSTC criteria, until 2024. This goal is also linked to the Topic 3.
