ECF commits to sharing good practices and knowledge on cycling tourism, cycle route networks and EuroVelo on Pro.EuroVelo.com for all stakeholders, especially SMEs and cycle routes developers. This includes publishing articles, resources, sharing good practices on social media (especially LinkedIn) and monthly newsletters. Events is also a part of it with best practices introduced during the EuroVelo & Cycling Tourism Conferences, selected through a call for abstracts open to all, including SMEs. Our goal would be to host more and more SMEs at the annual EuroVelo & Cycling Tourism Conference.

ECF has been bringing European cycling friendly service schemes together in the past and identified good practices to support the development of more national or regional schemes with the publication of a Declaration ‘European Cyclists are Welcome’ in 2020. This led to the creation of numerous initiatives promoting cycling tourism and quality services provided by SMEs. ECF commits to restart the European coordination of cycling friendly service schemes with a specific contact list and at least one information shared a year. ECF also commits to keep the list of cycling friendly service schemes on EuroVelo.com updated: https://en.eurovelo.com/cycling-friendly-schemes

Concrete actions:
- Update of the Cycling Friendly Service Schemes page on EuroVelo.com
- Publication of best practices on Pro.EuroVelo.com to inspire tourism companies and SMEs
- Invitation of tourism companies and SMEs to attend the EuroVelo & Cycling Tourism Conference
