During the three years of the FU-TOURISM project, a series of events and meetings will be held to foster the exchange of best practices among tourism stakeholders. These meetings are designed to facilitate synergies and networking between tourism SMEs, with the aim of boosting innovative projects in areas such as green transition, sustainable tourism, and digitalization. Furthermore, these events will be integrated into the European calendar of events, such as the European Week of Regions and Startup Europe Week. Among the key actions planned are:

• Twelve information days targeting SMEs from the six countries participating in the acceleration programs (Croatia, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Poland, Austria). These days will allow companies to gain a basic understanding of the accelerator programs, establish contacts, exchange experiences, and lay the groundwork for their participation in the program. These days will run from September 2024 to June 2026.

• A final project conference, scheduled for the second half of 2026, which aims to disseminate the results and deliverables of the project. It is also expected to provide solid recommendations for policy makers and ensure that the project results are accessible to the public, especially highlighting the value of the impact monitoring model.

• A "Birds of a Feather Breakfast" event, designed to foster discussion and networking among local ecosystem stakeholders. This event is scheduled to take place during 2025.

• An experience exchange event that will bring together the ecosystems participating in the project, the consortium members and five other EU tourism ecosystems that are not part of the consortium. This event is planned for late 2025 or early 2026.

In addition to these activities, online information materials will be implemented for the duration of the project (September 2023-September 2026) to provide information to tourism stakeholders at European level. These include:

• An easily accessible online library that will compile lessons learned and best practices related to the identified needs of SMEs in business support programs.

• A compilation of lessons learned, and best practices related to the needs of SMEs as well as the vulnerabilities generated and accentuated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This compilation will be organized along the thematic axes defined in the Tourism Transition Pathway, facilitating navigation, and helping to assess the success and replicability of the supported projects.
