This aggregated, anonymized spending data, is key to measuring, informing, and improving tourism strategy. We aspire to be a trusted partner for insights and technologies that inspire, inform and enable our stakeholders to make more informed choices and for our customers to design and implement environmentally friendly policies and programs. Thousands of businesses and governments benefit from our data-driven analytics, like SpendingPulse, tourism trends, and consumer segmentations, across sectors. Through these solutions, we harness aggregated, anonymized data fully in line with the strictest data protection requirements to esupport tourism stakeholders in understanding how tourists behave; where they visit, where they spend their money, how much they spend, the peak and low seasons, and overall behavioral patterns with breakdown by nationality. This GDPR compliant data helps destinations to better understand the industry in their respective markets and take action, crafting solutions to meet the challenges of seasonality, tourist concentration or the distribution of the economic benefits of tourism across a destination.
We also collaborate with tourism authorities to leverage our marketing capabilities, including the Priceless platform, to enhance destination offerings and tap into travelers’ appetite for rich experiences.
We will continue developing our data products, introducing new key performance indicators (KPIs), deeper granularity and collaborating with tourism stakeholders to support them in better understanding their tourism industry and design data-based tourism services.
