D’ici à fin 2024, Kaleidoscoop continuera à développer un bâtiment économe en énergie, avec partage des espaces (salles de réunion, de convivialité…) et des services (accès internet, énergie, reprographie, ateliers de sensibilisation…). La rénovation du bâtiment a permis d’intégrer des engagements forts pour préserver l’environnement (récupération d’eau de pluie, matériaux biosourcés, système de chauffage relié au réseau de chaleur urbain, réemploi) et garantir un impact social important (+ de 800 h d’insertion grâce à des marchés réservés IAE - Insertion par l’activité économique).
