Le Territoire 100% apprenant travaillera sur l’incubation de projets socialement innovants (explorer les besoins du territoire, et construire des solutions innovantes) : mettre en place 10 séances d’entraides par an à destination des structures de l’ESS du territoire, capitaliser l’ensemble des enseignements tirés à travers ce projet mais aussi rassembler les enseignements des coopérations sur le territoire, notamment sur l’enjeu de la transition écologique : 5 séances de capitalisation par an.
