The European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform (ECESP) is an EU-wide initiative jointly managed by the European Commission (DG Environment) and the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC). It is a virtual open space whose aim is to promote the transition to a circular economy by facilitating policy dialogue among stakeholders, by disseminating good practices, strategies and voluntary commitments, and by providing information on the circular economy and related activities. It acts as a dynamic “network of networks” designed to bridge existing circular economy initiatives and promote policy dialogue, coordination and knowledge sharing among diverse stakeholders across Europe.
With over 230,000 website visitors, 350+ documented good practices, and a growing social media presence, the Platform plays a pivotal role in scaling up effective circular economy solutions across sectors and governance levels.
