The project “Sustainable Tourism Innovation Through Hybrid Project Management (HyPro4ST),” co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme, aims to enhance the skills of tourism sector professionals by integrating sustainable, hybrid, and digital project management practices. It targets 700 professionals through seminars, online courses, and work-based learning activities, fostering an effective education system and cross-border transferability. Project outcomes include a labor market needs report, a report on job responsibilities, daily tasks, and the soft and hard skills needed for current and future professionals in the sustainable tourism sector to act effectively as Hybrid Project Managers, the HyPro4ST training course, the HyPro4ST Virtual Learning Hub, and a policy recommendation paper.
