The INCLAVI (Inclusive Aviation) project, funded by Erasmus+, aims to address skills mismatches in the aviation sector related to accessibility for persons with disabilities, in line with the EC Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 2021-2030. Coordinated by Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, it focuses on developing a new training curriculum for aviation sector employees, enhancing collaboration between higher education institutions and vocational education and training providers. Running from September, 2022, to August, 2025, the project involves rigorous cooperation between industry and labour market actors to support the reskilling of staff involved in the passenger journey of persons with disabilities.
