The ReligiTour project, funded by Erasmus+, aims to enhance the competences of university academia to promote religious tourism and better integrate religious sites within urban environments. Running from December 2023 to June 2026, it focuses on developing and exchanging good practices, creating a conceptual framework and producing training materials to support sustainable and inclusive tourism. The anticipated outcome includes a comprehensive model for religious tourism and an e-platform with resources to aid in the socialisation and integration of religious heritage.
