The FRH-UNITE project, funded by the EU under the Creative Europe programme, is dedicated to preserving Europe’s extensive cultural and historical heritage, including over half a million religious sites. Recognizing the significance of this heritage in culture, tourism, and community building, FRH-UNITE aims to raise awareness and enhance the sector’s impact on climate action. The project prioritizes capacity building, professional training, and the development of advocacy strategies to address current and future challenges. By actively participating in European forums, educational workshops, and public awareness campaigns, FRH-UNITE seeks to amplify the voice of the religious heritage sector and promote collaboration among stakeholders. The project commenced on 1 January 2022 and is set to conclude on 31 December 2024.
