The TourVET project, running from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026 and coordinated by Akdeniz University, aims to redefine tourism education and practice across Tunisia, Turkey, Palestine, and Jordan. The project targets tourism stakeholders, including vocational institutions, industry professionals, policymakers, and local communities, to foster sustainable tourism development through tailored training programmes and strategic alliances. TourVET empowers vocational education institutions to cultivate a new generation of tourism professionals equipped with the knowledge and skills to drive change.
