This initiative aims to conceptually and pragmatically address some key elements related to competence development in the social economy sector:
The identification of specific social economy profiles and their actual training needs.
The definition of competence areas that are specific to the social economy and not covered by traditional training tools, together with more traditional areas that need to be adapted to the peculiarities of the organisational and operational model of the social economy.
The tools and pedagogical approaches suitable for the target groups of the training courses.
Criteria for assessing the impact of training investment.
Some of the key initiatives at EU level will participate and discuss these points during this open seminar, in order to define a picture of the status quo and possible lines of development.
Registration is mandatory through this link.
