The Fédération des Entreprises Immobilières (FEI) has signed a charter with the French ministry of Ecological transition, helping to reduce energy consumption substantively.

On October 18th, 2024, the FEI signed a charter to promote energy efficiency in real estate with the French Ministry of Ecological Transition. FEI members have been encouraged to sign up to this charter as well and to plan actions to reduce their energy consumption. In one year, their efforts helped reduce energy consumption by -12%.
