The programme is run by Danish start-up RE-ZIP, which provides a traceability app to track returns, alongside packaging provider DS Smith and multichannel distributor RAJA Group, who will ensure returned packaging is restored to optimum condition before re-entering the e-commerce supply chain. Twenty French e-commerce businesses and brands were selected to participate, with organisers suggesting the initiative could expand to other European countries from next year.
