The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism), committed to sustainable, responsible, and inclusive tourism development, has launched the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Global Startup Challenge in partnership with Plug and Play. This initiative aims to foster innovation in tourism through impactful AI applications across the tourism value chain, offering solutions that enhance personalisation, streamline operations, and boost traveller engagement. The challenge is open to entrepreneurs, start-ups, and scale-ups worldwide, providing an opportunity to pitch at the UN TOURISM Demo Day, join a two-month acceleration programme at SPARK (the Innovation Sphere of Les Roches in Crans-Montana and Marbella), and gain access to over 90 venture capitalists and leading corporations across more than 150 countries. Don't miss this opportunity - apply by March 2025 for more details.
