The Community for Educational Innovation (CEI) is inviting motivated professionals from academia, the public and private sectors, and civil society organisations to apply for the CEI Study Visit 2025-II. The event will take place on 25–26 November 2025 at St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, hosted by EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative Pledger.

The second fully funded CEI Study Visit will focus on knowledge valorisation and bridging the innovation gap in higher education. Building on the themes explored in the CEI webinar series, the programme will translate theory into practice through expert keynotes, interactive workshops and peer learning exchanges.

Over one and a half days, participants will explore practical strategies and frameworks for successful, sustainable knowledge valorisation. Topics will include creating innovation-friendly ecosystems, supporting researchers in commercialising their ideas, intellectual property, technology transfer, entrepreneurship training and funding mechanisms.

• Advance learning on research-based innovation through deep reflection and knowledge exchange.

• Discuss leading practices and examine successful models for translating research into impact.

• Network with stakeholders and peers, fostering collaborative exchanges that turn ideas into actionable strategies.

• Funding: Travel within Europe and accommodation costs will be fully covered for 15 selected participants
