The EDANA Sustainability & Policy Forum 2026 is an international industry event dedicated to sustainability, circularity and policy developments in the nonwovens sector. Taking place in Brussels, the forum connects companies, researchers, policymakers and sustainability experts to explore strategies for accelerating sustainable transformation across the nonwovens value chain.
Reflecting the evolving sustainability and regulatory landscape, the 2026 edition focuses on circular economy approaches, bioeconomy developments, material innovation, transparency and the implementation of circular business models. The event highlights how sustainability related regulation can support industrial transformation, strengthen European competitiveness and create new opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
The programme addresses key topics including next generation materials, alternative fibres, industrial decarbonisation pathways, circular solutions, recycling infrastructure, ESG reporting, environmental communication and practical implementation challenges across the industry. Real world case studies and industry examples will provide insights into both opportunities and lessons learned from sustainability initiatives.
In addition to expert presentations and policy discussions, EDANA is inviting industry leaders, innovators and researchers to contribute to the programme through presentation proposals and case studies focused on sustainability challenges and solutions in the nonwovens sector.
