The event “KI-gestützte Analyse und Vorhersage des Energieverbrauchs in der Produktion” brings together industry professionals to explore practical approaches for improving energy efficiency in manufacturing through artificial intelligence and data driven production analysis.

Hosted at the Festo Technologiefabrik Scharnhausen, the event demonstrates how AI based analysis of machine and process data can help companies identify energy losses, optimise operations and reduce production related energy consumption. Particular attention is given to predictive evaluations of process and condition data, enabling companies to improve efficiency while supporting sustainability standards such as ISO 50001.

Participants will gain insights into energy transparency for electrical and pneumatic drive systems, predictive maintenance approaches and AI supported operational optimisation strategies. The programme also includes a guided production tour, expert presentations and networking opportunities with industry specialists and technology providers.

The event is organised in cooperation with VDMA Baden-Württemberg and Allianz Industrie 4.0 Baden-Württemberg and is aimed at industrial companies seeking practical solutions for energy efficiency, digital transformation and sustainable production processes.
