On 14 May 2026, Circular Economy Network will host Italy’s National Circular Economy Conference, at the National Central Library of Rome. This initiative of the Foundation for Sustainable Development, in collaboration with the Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy, and Sustainable Economic Development, and with the support of the European Commission, the Italian Ministry of Environment and Energy Security, and the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, will be an occasion for collaboration between institutions, businesses, and research experts on sustainability and the transition towards the circular economy.
The event will feature the presentation of the Circular Economy Network’s yearly report on circular economy in Italy, which will offer an overview on indicators for the Italian circular economy, and a comparison with other European countries. Experts will convene on the advantages and challenges of the single market for secondary raw materials, and in several thematic panels, especially concerning Italian perspectives on the European Commission’s Circular Economy Act.
Registration is free of charge at this link. Please visit the Circular Economy Network’s website for further information and for the full program. The event will be held in Italian and in person.
