EIT Culture & Creativity has launched two open calls under the New European Bauhaus (NEB) Academy, offering a combined €6 million in funding to support projects that advance circular fashion and sustainable lived environments across Europe. As an implementing partner of the NEB Academy, EIT Culture & Creativity aims to strengthen innovation, skills development, and collaboration in the cultural and creative sectors, contributing to Europe’s green and digital transitions.

The opportunity is aimed at innovators, educators, public bodies, research organisations, industry partners, fashion businesses, and other stakeholders working on sustainable and creative solutions. The funding is divided between two calls: NEB Academy Fashion Shift, which supports collaborative projects scaling circular and responsible fashion business models, and NEB Academy Skills Infrastructure, which funds trans-regional collaborations developing lifelong learning programmes for sustainable built and lived environments. Selected projects will also gain access to EIT Culture & Creativity’s pan-European network and the wider New European Bauhaus community.

Applications for both calls are open until 31 August 2026. Funding of up to €500,000 per project is available under the Fashion Shift call, while the Skills Infrastructure call offers up to €600,000 per project. Information sessions will be held during June and July 2026 to support prospective applicants. Interested organisations are encouraged to review the full call documentation and eligibility requirements before applying.
