ANIVEC will establish a technical working group to actively support the revision of the Waste Framework Directive and the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in Portugal.
By December 2026, the association will publish a practical EPR compliance guide tailored to SMEs, facilitating regulatory adaptation and ensuring smoother implementation of circular economy obligations.
