The competence needs of the digital green transition are being brought together on a larger scale by the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK). As part of this, the Finnish Textile & Fashion Association is also considering changes in future competence in cooperation with several advisors. In the competence needs survey in early 2024, the association asked its member companies about this in more detail and shared the gathered data with the industry.
