SDA Bocconi commits to increase access and interaction of SMEs in the textiles ecosystem and has started a collaboration for instance with CNA Federmoda for the C-Factor: selected SMEs have been presented to the network of medium and large players of the Monitor for Circular Fashion to collaborate on pilot projects, to be involved in the training and matchmaking activities, to accelerate sustainable and circular models among the stakeholders. In 2024 the Monitor for Circular Fashion went on with the scouting of sustainable and circular fashion European start-ups, involving 13 of them in the C-Factor 2025 activities of training and matchmaking. Events and initiatives involving SMEs have been carried out throughout 2025 and will continue in 2026, increasing the connection with Enterprise Europe Network EEN Textile Sector Group and other tech federations, digital innovation hubs, campuses, incubators, clusters, industry alliances. Also in 2025 the Monitor for Circular Fashion supported the activities of MUSA Next Generation EU Project (https://musascarl.it/) to strengthen the EU network of sustainable and circular fashion SMEs and collaborate with the City Administration of Milan to generate further opportunities to local sustainable and circular fashion SMEs, especially through the creation of a digital and physical platform, innovative pilot projects and events. KPI is the number SMEs involved by Monitor for Circular Fashion on a yearly basis (15 sustainable and circular SMEs in 2025).
