The Monitor for Circular Fashion commits to actively participate in consultations in the context of the foreseen ecodesign requirements, the proposed Digital Product Passport and the planned revision of the Textile Labelling Regulation, as well as in the context of the circular and sustainable management of textile waste and possible extended producer responsibility rules and in the context of the information requirements and fight against greenwashing practices following the Empowering consumers in the green transition and the Green Claims proposals.  

The Monitor for Circular Fashion started to actively engage the partner companies in working groups dedicated to Digital Product Passport and other legislative focuses: the results will be communicated directly to the policy makers during events organized in Brussels on a yearly basis. Updated KPI: event with policy makers (starting in 2025).
