Access to lifelong learning and support of up-skilling of managers is essential for the green and digital transition: the Monitor for Circular Fashion as a stakeholder representing the Academia is highly involved by nature in this Action. In 2025-2026 the Monitor for Circular Fashion achieved the following goals: contribute in the organization of 1 ideathon (and related assignments) involving University students to become more conscious fashion consumers, managers and citizens, starting from an active engagement in the local territory of Milan as a fashion and design capital; contribute to 1 event dedicated to students and organize 1 event involving the overall industry; launch the second edition of the Circular Fashion Talks podcast. KPI is the number of courses, workshops, assignments, podcasts and events on sustainable and circular fashion in SDA Bocconi where the companies of the Monitor for Circular Fashion are involved on a yearly basis (>40 in 2022-2025). The Monitor for Circular Fashion is aiming to contribute to the support of up-and reskilling also through the EU Textiles Ecosystem Platform.
