About the project
AEQUALIS4TCLF is an Erasmus+ Blueprint alliance launched in 2024 and running until 2027. Its goal is to equip the TCLF sectors with the skills needed for the twin green and digital transitions. The project builds sustainable partnerships for skills excellence, develops skills intelligence and strategies, designs innovative training programmes, and fosters inclusion across the workforce.
Who is involved
The consortium is coordinated by EURATEX and brings together partners from Czechia, Croatia, Lithuania, Finland, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Serbia. Alongside EU industrial umbrellas CEC and COTANCE, the network includes national industry federations such as STJM, MODINT, ATOK, STA and LATIA, chambers of commerce in Croatia and Serbia, universities including TU Liberec, Tomas Bata University, Tampere University of Applied Sciences and Amsterdam Fashion Institute, as well as vocational training providers like Šolski center Celje, Klaipėda Technology Training Centre and Obrtničko učilište. This broad partnership ensures that industry, academia and training providers work together towards common goals.
Work in 2025
The focus in 2025 is on rolling out eight micro-credential curricula, already validated, covering areas such as circular economy, sustainability assessment, eco-design colour management, innovative clothing production, upcycling, footwear accessories, and digital and creative fashion design. In parallel, the project is consolidating partnerships at academic and regional level, hosting workshops on diversity and inclusion, and advancing the development of a European TCLF Skills Strategy to guide future action across Member States.
