In 2023, the tourism sector in Greece saw the highest number of filled positions in the housekeeping department, with 50,669 roles, followed closely by the Food & Beverage (F&B) department, which had 46,992 filled positions. These departments also faced the most significant shortages, with 12,445 unfilled positions in housekeeping and 12,246 in F&B. Conversely, the spa department had the fewest filled positions, totaling 2,172, and experienced 614 position shortages.
