The Tourismus-Mobilitätstage is an annual Austrian conference series launched in 2014 to promote sustainable mobility in tourism through knowledge exchange, expert networking, and practical guidance. It builds on a 2013 interministerial initiative aimed at strengthening cooperation between tourism, transport, and environmental sectors. Each year, the event gathers over 100 professionals to explore climate-smart mobility strategies, share successful case studies, and develop joint approaches across federal and regional levels. Since 2016, a dedicated platform has supported ongoing dialogue and coordination through biannual expert meetings.
