This webinar explored how Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR) and neurotourism technologies are shaping the future of the tourism ecosystem. Through real-life use cases and practical demonstrations it showcased how these tools are supporting business transformation, workforce upskilling and long-term resilience for destinations, SMEs and policy makers.
The webinar was moderated by Sergio Moreno Gil, Director at TIDES, Founder, PI at EmotionLab, University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) and member of the T4T Expert Group, featuring presentations from S Strategic Services, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, CISET, the Wise Dreams, UN Tourism, University of Lisbon.
