MedLab is hosting an engaging hackathon aimed at addressing the pressing challenges of mass tourism impacting the Mediterranean. Scheduled for the EU Regions Week, participants will have 90 minutes to collaboratively devise strategies promoting sustainable cultural tourism, leveraging potential funding opportunities from Interreg programmes. These innovative proposals will be presented to managing authorities across the Mediterranean and DG REGIO, influencing future program planning post-2027. This event offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the preservation and sustainable development of Mediterranean tourism. Registration for the hackathon is available via the EU Regions Week portal.
