The Resource Book for Trainers is intended as a companion for delivering training programmes in tourism, aimed at trainers, teachers, entrepreneurs and other professionals in the sector. It has been developed in the context of European skills initiatives and existing best practice in sustainable and digital tourism training, drawing on resources including the EU Pact for Skills in Tourism, the Blueprint for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills, and other sectoral training toolkits and handbooks.

The material covers the design of training sessions combining digital, sustainability and interpersonal skills, adaptable to online, offline or hybrid delivery formats. It is available through the PANTOUR Academy, alongside the project's Tourism Skills Lab, a self-assessment tool for identifying skills gaps.
