Participants come from both technical and general education backgrounds, reflecting the project's aim to teach sustainability, digitalisation, local cultural heritage and social inclusion across disciplines rather than as a single specialism. The course is delivered through the TourX MOOC platform, developed with technical support from the Hellenic Open University, and forms part of the project's wider "ToT Box" of training resources. Trainers are required to complete at least one module, with further optional resources available on the platform.

This is the first phase of a broader rollout that will extend to students directly in a later stage, intended to strengthen the link between vocational schools, local stakeholders and the wider European partnership.
